The people who make it happen
Chris Moore has been racing bikes for over 25 years and has completed The Rift Gravel Race Iceland, The World’s Premier Gravel Race Dirty Kanza, and the Absa Cape Epic.
He is a licensed USA Cycling Category B Official, a Category 3 Race Mechanic and Race Promoter. He has worked as a mechanic with USA Cycling Nationals Program, Sram Neutral Race Support, Shimano Race Support and with the US Military Endurance Sports Elite Cycling and Para-cycling Teams.
Chris is also Co-Director of Mt. Pleasant Velo Events, specializing in endurance racing and event promotion.
He has a degree in Civil Engineering from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, and is the Owner and Principle Engineer at Jon Guerry Taylor & Associates, Inc, a marine, coastal, waterfront engineering firm.
Chris lives with his wife and two children in Mt. Pleasant, SC.
Geoff Duncan was first drawn to road cycling as a way to stay in shape--that was nearly a decade ago. Since then, Geoff has become a competitive cyclist; entering races and endurance events and completing Race Across America (RAAM) in 2017.
In addition to being a cyclist, Geoff is co-director of Mt. Pleasant Velo Events, specializing in endurance racing and event promotion.
He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Ohio University and lives with his wife and two children in Mt. Pleasant, SC.
